I’ve lifted weights for most of my life, but need to from scratch after an MPFL reconstruction.

  1. Rehab my MPFL reconstruction fully.

  2. Get to 80kg, 15% bodyfat.

  3. Squat 2x bodyweight, bench 1.5x bodyweight, Deadlift 2.3x bodyweight.

  4. Enter a strongman competition.
